You can now book your appointment online. Just click on the  book appointment button and you’ll see the list of services we offer. Click on the one you’re interested in, then select member of staff Alex Charles and when you’d like to come in. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order.

Our salon booking options are pretty straightforward as well. You can make an appointment through the salon and spa page. Just click on the book appointment button, select the service you prefer and then the staff member. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion. If you don’t see the service you are looking for on our website, feel free to give us a call. One of our staff members will be more than happy to assist you.

We ask that you give us 24 hours notice of any cancellation or change of appointment time via phone or email.

While we encourage our customers to join us early for their appointment, we do offer a fifteen-minute grace period before we are unable to seat a client for their scheduled appointment. Showing up more than 15 minutes after your appointment is scheduled to begin is considered a no-show.   

Currently, we only offer pick-up services. You’re simply required to place the order for the products you need online, then pick-up your order and pay in-store.

Our establishment prides itself on making everyone feel welcome. However, we do prioritize appointments. If you’re joining us for walk-in services you will be required to stand-by until all booking clients are through with their appointments before being served.
